Rules

ART. 1 – The auction will start on Nov. 24 / 2009 at 12,00 a.m. and will end on Dec. the 13th at 12,30 p.m. The auction will closed between 11,30 a.m. - 12,30 p.m. in Piazza Mercato Carrù, both online and with the traditional method,with the presence of the Ox and the auctioneers.

ART. 2 – The starting price of each ox is fixed directly on the web-site of the auction. The award will be in the view of the auctioneers, after relaunching the base price auction, with the possibility of defense by the owner.

ART. 3 – It’s possible to join the auction on Internet, raising the bid; a special form has to be filled with one’s details and the acceptance of the rules. The bid will be accepted on approval by the automatic checking system or by an operator.

ART. 4 – The animal will be gifted with a complimentary unique saddle-cloth offered by Carrù municipality and with special prizes offered by Cantina Clavesana Soc. Coop. Agr., sponsor of the auction. On the day of the “National Fair of Fat Ox” (Dec. 11th) the animal will compete for the prizes of his category. In case of winning ribbons and saddle-clothes will be given to the buyer and not to the breeder.

ART. 5 – The animal will be given to the buyer at the farm of the breeder (or at the end of the fair, if displayed) within 15 days accomplishing the sanitary requirements of the importing Country. The ox has the qualification for slaughtering, he is guarantee by the breeders and is health checked by the official Sanitary Service A.S.L. CN1 of Mondovì. The right of ownership is approved when the animal is weighted.

ART. 6 – The transport and its costs are charged to the buyer; the breeder declines any responsibility.

ART. 7 – The payment should be cash on delivery (VAT included). It’s possible to get the animal slaughtered, butchered and delivered at one’s place: all this has supplementary cost and it’s not included in the price of the auction.

ART. 8 – Any occurrence not mentioned in the over written articles will be ruled by the Civil Code and by the laws concerning this subject.
